In addition to our monthly meetings, the Club holds one or two annual shows. We always enjoy a chance to share our trees with one another and to introduce the public to the art we love.
Our monthly meetings are always a learning experience – working on trees, enjoying demonstrations and presentations by bonsai artists or stone appreciation experts such as Chiara Padrini (Italy) and Kathy Coffman (US).
Occasionally we hold workshops conducted by internationally-acclaimed artists.
Added to these have been workshops and demonstrations by local artists such as Kelley Adkins, Ken Huth, Dale Harder and Steve Ziebarth.
Meetings are generally held the fourth Saturday of every month at the Rockefeller Park Greenhouse, from 9:30am to noon.

Bonsai in the Park

• Live Demonstrations and Q&A: Club members from the Cleveland Bonsai Club and Sandusky Bonsai Club will be on hand throughout the day to answer your questions and share practical demonstrations.
• Bonsai Marketplace: Featuring Ken’s World of Bonsai, Black River Bonsai, and Ancient Art Bonsai, offering trees, pots, tools, and supplies for enthusiasts of all levels.
• Food and Drink Available: Enjoy refreshments available for purchase from the Orchid Café while you browse and learn.
• Free Admission and Free Parking: Carpooling recommended.
• Optional Conservatory Admission: $2 per person, ages 3 and up.
